I am a foodie and taste buds are only satisfied when i try out different cuisines, for these i generally prefer to go out on my holidays & explore new variety of delicacies, but when in office i try to explore different online food delivery services such as Holachef, Food panda, Box 8, Faasos etc.
Recently an colleague of mine had used your service & had praised alot about Quality of food provide by you. So i gave a thought of ordering from you keeping aside my regular providers. I registered on your site & scrolled through your Interesting menu and finalised 2 items (Pinacolada Trifle & boiled Egg bhurchi), as i was first time use i got an option o[censored]sing a code GROB150 i considered it was quite interesting as the total amount was RS 230 & me paying only 80 Rs was a win win situation for me.
My order got successfully placed & received an confirmation Order ID (INMUM[protected]-4834432).
I was overall impressed as food i will be receiving was in the time preferred by me to relish my taste buds.
After the delivery time & no food received (one hour after placing order).
I called up customer care where I was stunned to hear that my order was cancelled by GORB due to Food Quality not being good. Neither had i received a call or SMS nor an email with regards to this.
I was at a situation that why the hell did i starve for such a pathetic service & was angry on my self that i left my regular service provider and opted you all.
Guys being part of ESSEL Group i didn't expect such a pathetic customer service for you.
Kindly change your this tag too“zero follow ups guaranteed with realtime tracking.”
All in all if you keep providing such service you all will surely be in the soup shortly.

very disappointing experience with the food, my order no[protected] dated 28/02/2017. The food showed in the menu was no way close to the food delivered. Delivery was late too with food sticking on the container lid. Desserts are supposed to be freezed but was warm and tasted nothing but ordinary.By home delivery we understand doorstep but here your delivery guy could not locate my building even after complete address provided also telephonic instructions failed and I had to get to the building gate. The delivery man was not carrying change and made me run for exact amount to pay, Also no extra spoons, how are we suppose to eat three different dishes with one spoon. If this is the service you are providing then how did you survive this long.
Not sure if its a scam or fraud but dont fool us with your money.

As I requested for the Food at 12:00 on 16th November. However and I was been informed that I ve to wait until 13:45 for food, But I waited until 14:00 food didnt arrived.
