Dec 26 th morning about 3.50 am. I booked ola mini from central bus stand /tiruchirappalli / tamilnadu/. Driver spoke with me. I said he i was waiting here. But he did not come. After 5 minitus i received a message that is trip booking cancellation fees rs. 50 will charge at your next ride booking. I did not cancel. Driver decided him self.. How to send this message. Already i send complaint about this. Till i have no reply from your side.
