Government Bus Conductor — Rude behavior

There is no enough local bus from Central bus stand - Thuvakkudi. Today(6.4.23)Government bus conductor bustaken time in central bus stand(6.05-6.10 central- Mannarkudi)behave very rude.local stop people always waiting in outside the bus when bus start that time only we board the bus. that bus conductor shouted the localstop people to come free service bus why you should come to this bus.also not giving time to getting of the bus. Bus always crowd because there is no enough bus for local stop.manyconductor doing this. And also not gavee response to the local stop people. many people getting off the bus..He shouldn't have enough time for the people He shouted to the people.I don't know the name of the conductor. he is normal height skin tone black 35-45aged person. Please provide enough local bus facility for the people.
