Government Hospital — The staff and the hospital making troublesome with food and meds

Another day and there's the team of the doctors not doing there work correctly and the control room of the hospital never picks up the call cause we have already tried to complain once and they r ignoring our calls and also the medicines are approaching the patient and as well as the food don't know why does it take Atleast 4 to 5 hours and our food parcels and every once in a while disappears what should we do I hope u guys literally take some strict actions towards this hospital staff.
