Government of India — Complaint against paytm they sent me a rejected n damaged products and also they dont change it

I purchased cooler on paytm but they dont give me on time n after delivery date they send me a damaged product i request them to replaced my order but after some days they dont give a proper answer and till date he tellme that your requests is rejected and dot replace this order when i received damaged product at a time i mail him for this my order number is 2934i68u53
