An amount of Rs.245/- is deducted through this transaction id[protected][protected]_CBD[protected] in my Fastag.
This is wrongful and extra deduction for a non commercial vehicle which is my personal desire car. After Many times complaint and follow up emails no refund has been made. Due to fear of this type of malpractice at Pundag Toll Plaza at Ranchi-Ramgarh Highway I have stopped and grounded my vehicle at my residence. Authorities are not listening. After knowing this wrongful deduction from my Fastag A/c . I have lodged complaint within a fortnight. A pdf of toll transactions is attached. My question is -- How come a vehicle will pass twice from same toll gate within an interval of 7 minutes.
