EPF withDRAWAL — Not Received the Funds

Hi,

I had filed for the withdrawal of my EPF Funds through my ex-employer on the..... and then i got an SMS on the 30th of October, 2012 saying "We have received your EPFO Withdrawal Forms on the 6th of October, 2012 and it's under processing".

Now when i logged into the EPFO Online page to check the statua of my claim i get the following error:-

"STATUS for Member ID: MHBAN[protected]

Claim ID : MHBAN[protected]
Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (MHBAN[protected] has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim form.

Claim ID : MHBAN[protected]
Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (MHBAN[protected] has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim".

Please suggest an alternative to get this amount withdrawn.
