I am denied obc certificate stating my parents income exceeds eigible criteria.
My parents income form salary combined is 5.2 lakhs which should not be considered as income to determine onc criteria(as income from salary is excluded under annual income criteria ).
How can i proceed next?File a writ petition ?

However we do not have any other income form any business or agricultural land.I feel i am eligible to get obc certificate as per rules
Both my parents belong to class III(my mother was promoted as high school teacher recently at 46 years).
But i am denied obc certificate by tahsildar stating income exceeds criteria.Please Please help me out as to what needs to be done.
