[Resolved]  TNEB - Tangedco Chennai — TNEB Chennai is eating people's money

TNEB Website says the below words under NEWS and EVENTS column "New scheme of 30 days Assessment / Collection is introduced throughout Tamil Nadu. Assessment / Reading will be taken once in two months." What is the meaning of the above 2 contradictory sentences ? Still in chennai reading is taken once in 2 months ? Because of the increased Tariff and 2 months reading we are getting heavy bills. Govt .TNEB eating Common mans money
