Govt Bus — Driver issue and bus issue

I was travelling from Tiruvannamalai to chennai while i waited for bus… bus door closed for more than an hour and people were waited in hot summer around 2 pm to 3.30 pm… people couldn’t able to breathe and bus door opened at 3.30 pm and driver was so rude and he reserved 2 seat for his superior son and his frndz… driver himself reserved the seat with towel in AC bus is this the way govt employee behave…. Influenced by govt employee that to for they family members.. and i have asked it with him and he answered that I can’t open what i[censored] die inside bus who is responsible but he is ok with someone dying at the govt bus doorstep… and he is justifying that he is getting seat for his higher officer but he got it for his officer son… where i can give complaint against this driver and his his higher official who influenced him… govt bus is public service or it reserved for govt employees and their family…every govt employee influencing and treating people so cheap and taking so much crowd in AC bus then what is a use of AC bus
