Respected Sir,
I bring to your notice that I have been allotted government quarter Type 1, Qtr. No. 70 G, Aram Bagh, New Delhi.
The people who lived in 70 B in this block, misbehaves and fight with us and uses abusive languages, keep disturbing in neighbourhood. They place a water sintex in the stairs and its create problems. Many times the water falls in stairs and child or one might slip or fall down due to same. Each quarter from 70 B, 70 C & 70 D, 70 E more than 6-7 person staying with the allotte.
Agreed they many need more water but must have to take care of the allottes who lived in top floors. We are facing water crises and the water flow on the top floor is very less and even water not goes to tank as all the floors open all taps and store waters in barrels, sintex. The stair is not a place to put sintex.
We have requested several times to allow us to fill water on top floor. But instead listing the matter they all misbehaved and use abusive languages. It’s very un-professional.
As all of the allots of ground, 1st and 2nd floors of this block put cycles, shoe stands, and water sintex and block the stairs which is for common use. We are facing a lot of difficulties for the same. Even after request they do arguments and ready to fights. Moreover, it looks like a slum (rain basera) instead of Govt Quarters.
Even one floor keeping more than 3 bikes its cause difficulties to park bike at right place to the upstairs allotte.
I would like to request you to kindly take a legal action and immediate action and do the needful in this regard. It may be life threat for us.
