On 09/09/2021 IWENT ro purche some whisky from IGNOU ROAD SAKET New Delhi wine shop and paid Rs 1200/ I e.500+2and 200+1 crunncy notes to the salesman against a bill of Rs 1080/-as I didn't have any hundred Rupees note with me The salesman Infront of my eyes droped down a five hundred Rupees note and picked up a hundred Rupees note from his cash box and asked me to pay Rs 400/-more as I have paid less I argued with him but he won't listen.as Iam a senior citizen and new to New Delhi Can anybody help me to get my money back
