Grab House — refund of security deposit

I left the property around one month back. But i have not got the security amount till yet. I am shooting mails everyday but no one is even replying. I was told that the money will be refunded in 7 days. But nothing has been done so far.

After having words with manish ([protected]) yesterday, he told me that the finance team will be sending me an email today regarding it and till friday i will get the amount.
But no email so far. Everybody present in the team is misguiding the tenant. This is so irritating for the tenants to call and mail multiple number of times and no reply from there side.
If somebody is sitting here and looking at the complaints please initiate the process of refund asap.
