I have placed the order on 19th nov 2015. Yet, i did not receive my order. Is it fake company in chennai? Should file a case against thia company. Its been more than 3months. I did not receive my order. I want file a case against company. Can we block this company

Money debitted in oct 2016 but still not received the product. no update from their end either. i have called and mailed them several complains but nothing has been done.
