I think the website grabshoppingdeals.com is not a genuine shopping website.
On 18th june I placed an order for a sennheiser cx180 headphones for Rs 550 on the shopping website and also made the payment. I received an online confirmation stating that the order number is[protected]. However I did not get any email or sms confirmation.
I am yet to receive this product even though it is now nearly 3 months since I placed the order.
I have been constantly following it up with them through their phone no.[protected].
Whenever I call they give me some excuse about why the product is not shipped.
Some times they say it will take 45 working days for shipment ( it is now well beyond 45 working days).
On 28/07/2015: Spoke to Sushil – product senior team: said that product is not available and will be sourcing it in 15 – 18 days (will receive shipping details before 15th aug). This also did not happen.
I am unable to reach of the seniors and nobody is even bothering to explain the status of the delivery.
I wish the consumer complaints forum would take neccessay action against this company.
