Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased iball click to scan a3 scanner. Two numbers of scanner got faulty. So, i have submitted them to service center on 27th december 2018. From the day one they are showing excuses. As per iball policy they have to solve any issue within 7 working days. But now whenever i am calling them, they are showing excuses that it will be solve with in next two days. But these two days never came. Now already 21 days passed, but still no resolution. Customer care representative now informed me that it will take another seven days for informing me the resolution date. So, no one knows when this will be solved. Our production is getting hampered for this. We are in huge loss due this. If iball is selling a product then why can’t they provide replacement on time? I am totally helpless now. Don’t know when this will be solved. Please help. Please.

My airtel prepaid I tried to pay for unlimited pack of 448 . Status was failed. I did transaction again which was success.
Later I saw 2 transactions of 448.
There is no option of customer care to raise the issue.
