Gramavikashkendra.org — Paid 30000 for exam fee verification and for laptop - all fraud no one is picking the call

I got call from the person saying conducting exams on behalf of govt for that you need to 1705 rs for exam fee of not attended or failed amount will be returned and later i paid and attended exam got offer letter saying you have been passed your examination and selected for accountant role.

Next said you have to pay 4750 rs for verification, i paid it.
Next said we will send the training software link you download it in your system, i got link and tried downloading it but every time I tried it was showing error message so could not completed in my laptop.
I raised concern that i have issue with downloading in my laptop.

Later they said drop a email requesting for new laptop with pre installed training software.

So I sent mail.

Later i got reply that approved for laptop and it will be sent to you within 5 to 7 working days, for that you have to pay 15900 rs as security amount once you completed with training you can resend laptop once we receive we will refund your amount.
I paid 15900rs to their payment link, from my end it was successfull but they said not credited to our account better you do one thing pay atleast 7000 rs again remaining once you get 15900 rs back to your account you can pay.
So again i paid 7000.
They said 7000 recieved we will dispatch laptop and will provide you the tracking number.

Recieved mail saying will be laptop has been dispatched and will be reached within 5 to 7 working days.

I tried calling all the numbers who have contacted regarding this job but all the numbers saying switched off.

What should I do now, how to chase them for amount and how to make them punishable, in future no one should get trapped like us.
