Dear sir,
Based on a call from mobile no. [protected] we had visited to your thane office on 18.03.2018 and were attended by mr. Vinod & soyeb and explained us about your holiday package in detail against which payment for inr 20, 000.00 was made from my debit card on the assurance that credit card shall be issued with a emi and the money paid from debit card shall be refund back.

I would like to inform that last week my elder brother had a high blood pressure problem due to which he has admitted to hospital and kept in iccu.

Considering the above mentioned genuine problem i had made them humble request for cancelling my member ship and crediting the amount to my account since i was in urgent requirement of the money to discharge him from the hospital.

However, till date i am awaiting refund of my money
