I have received a call on 01/7/18 from Grand tourio informing me that I have own 3 free gifts for which for which I have to attend a 45 min presentation, as it was Sunday, we decided to attend it.on reaching there Mrs Sarika attended us on the table, she tried to convince us for Indian and abroad holiday, she told us that it's one day offer, you have to take it or leave it, we left the offer as it was beyond our financial ability.but in mean Time we have paid Rs 10000 as an advance by my debit card to their HDFCbank account and txn id no - S41054187and ref no[protected] as we leftthe offer on table itself and had not taken any membership, Mrs sarika and her two seniors promised us that they will return our money by cheque within two days as we have not taken any membership from them.we have called so many times for refund but was invain, so we personnely visited them in thane office on 16/7/18, where Sarika told us to visit there head office in vidyavihar, we went there where miss Neha attended us, in our presence miss Neha from head office contacted to thane office and discussed matter with Mrs Sarika and her two seniors, where all four aggered to refund our money.
