Grand Venezia Buyers Association (Regd.) — cheating by grand venezia buyers association (regd.) giving false assurances

I paid rs 1.75 lakhs cash on 6th july 2019 for joining the grand venezia buyers association (Regd.) because of mr ashish swaroop and his advocate mr. Suryajyoti singh paul below assurances:

1. Will get me registry of my office space no. 547 in grand venice in 1 month
2. Will make payment of assured return till 2017
3. Will add me in association whatsapp group
4. Will add me in all court cases within a week
5. Will file for nclt case free

After payment, they changed completely

1. Now they are telling that property is attached to drt, so can't do anything. I inquired and found that property is already attached and they told lie to me to get money
2. Cant add in association whatsapp group
3. Now asking rs 60000 more to file case at nclt
4. Not possible to get refund to all members as builder don't have money

Association is cheating to fetch money from already suffering investors giving them false assurances.in reality, they have not done a single thing as promised,

I have given the payment outside defence colony club inside car. As soon as they received the money, they told me to get out of car and vanished, even not given me a receipt of payment. I have proofs of acknowledgement in whatsapp and voice recordings.
