GRE Home Test Refund
Hello. This is Thopuri Mukhesh Sri Vatsav. I gave a GRE Home Test two times and both the times I was unable to give the exam both times due to no fault of mine. The proctor checked my room, laptop and gave me a pass to start the exam. As soon as the proctor typed in a user id and password, a message popped up on my screen saying that the examination has already been completed. The proctor gave me no help. It has been two months now. I'm trying to call and mail ETS but their is no response from there side. I have gone through a bad mental torture and am not in a financial state to bear these costs as it was not my fault.
