Booked on 15.8.15 in voice on bl/sa/1516/07269 dt-17/08/15 date of delivery on money receipt 22.08.15. but delivered no 24.08.15. man for installation came after 10 /12 days as per our request as my mother expired and we were busy for same.
after opening of cartoon we found, front panel was cracked, dent mark at rh side body &back cover also. service man took snaps, informed to isd.mr.santanu adhikary (cont no-[protected]). mr adhikary confirmed me replacement will be done shortly..even after four months no replacement done and above m/c still lying with us. point may be noted five installment already deducted. in such condition i would request you to arrange replacement with in this sun day 10/01/16. failing which i will direct my bank to discontinue payment from next installment. i will be happy if you let me know, action taken over phone [protected] with in a day or two.
