I had purchased a split ac from your dhakuria (19/2 gariahal south) branch vide order no. Dhk/so1920/00700 dtd. 30.04.2019 by cash payment after getting assurance that it will be delivered within 2/3 days but it is regretted that the material till not delivered. After chasing response of your branch is not good. Hope u will take necessary care to your customer and arrange to deliver the material at the earliest.
