Order no-w3222/1920/06589, 06/03/2020, i booked two hitachi split a/c model no-318hcdo 1.5 ton 3s, and make payment for rs 66000/ by cheque no-316993, idbi bank, sinthimore branch on 06/03/2020 from arambagh branch, the said amount have allready debited from my account on 11/03/2020, but even now i don't receive the said ac machine,
Please treat the mater as urgent.
