I need my refund i have not taken any services I want my 84000 rs of membership from you people.
I had received fake promises on receiving membership of great holiday club by Mr Arif and Ms Nikita. When we spoke to their customer care after receiving the membership card in August 2022 post two months of taking membership their customer care Ms Jane no manners to talk to customer being so rude and telling us we have to pay for each and every service we take there is no free service.While selling the membership Mr Arif and Ms Nikita had told us we will get free service. After listening to the stupid rules I asked team to refund me money because I paid thinking it will be free as I have not use service please refund they refused and they said Arif and Nikita has left because they were giving fake promises to the clients and they are chor.
