I have purchased membership no. GO122019A[protected]BH but I have received no communication regarding customer services booking login and DAE membership card even after more than 3 years of joining. The agents who sold me the membership doesn't pick up the phone. Your toll-free number is also always busy. It is a reminder to send me the login information for booking holidays and also the DAE membership card. I also have a complimentary trip card, which could not be used due to the COVID lockdown as told by your agents. Now the country is open even though the whole world is open still I have received no information from your holiday club.
