#70703 item code, one saree purchased from great india saree, surat. It was not matched as shown in online. For refund as directed by company i have returned parcel through courier to their address. But no refund made. Nobody attends call nor reply any mail. One time they taken my google pay account details, but no refund made after that swiched off. I have returned the item already so picture is not available.

Company has not emailed regarding refund after lodging complain, but they have called from 09106806385 in earlier stage and after taking all factual details they asked for google pay account details for refund not mentioning any period, no refund made, not picked up my call several times, now the said mobile switched off.No refund.
