I was ordered two sarees costing of 999/-rs per saree. The product that i received and the image was totally different so immediately i was couriered saress and email to return the product and even messaged the seller in whatspp to initiate the refund process. But there were no response. The person is reading my messages coming online but not responding to the messages. Earlier when i asked how to buy he replied but now after buying i messaged to refund but he is not responding. This is mere cheating and a cheap way of earning that doesn't go well at the end for them! Instead they can beg and earn money.

I have ordered a saree online in instagram from drapesbysai. I received the order today and the saree color which was shown in the site was different from the one which was delivered to me. I explained her that this is not the correct one and i would be replacing the saree. But she isnt ready to accept the return and she is ready to face the consequences as per her chat. Please do not buy any products from this page as they are misleading the consumers and not ready to accept the returns.
