I booked flat from mahagun builder in nov 2014 under subvention scheme. Builder 90% payment at the time of booking and remaining payment made in march 2017. My issues are as follows:
1) while booking and till possesion letter the layout was different and during possesion letter they are forced to sign the document that they have build 2 more floors.
2) they took the entire amount of 65 lakhs and didn't informed that if property cost is more than 50 lakhs then 1 % of total amount has to be deposited by buyer as tds. They took entire amount and not informed. Now when i followed up for registry they said tds certificate not provided by me and when i try to clarified the same they said we will refund your money and this is basic information buyer should know?? My question if buyer is not aware then it should be their duty and why they took the enitre money? Who will bear the late fees interest? Now i am following up for my refund money and since last 40 days they are not reverting.
I have send many mails/calls and visit to their office but no one is listening.
Request your intervention and take action against such fraud buyers.
