Greater Noida Authority — Possession of flats

I have booked 2 apartment in CASA GRANDE I located on Yamuna Expressway Plot # 7 A Sector CHI-V, Greater Noida of Earthcon Construction Company based in Sector 1, NOIDA. This company delayed the possession by 4 years. The total money was paid in time and I want the interest on my paid money for both apartments which are delayed by 4 years. The builder is asking money from me for possession without paying any interest to me for delay of the project.
