Subject: unethical / illegitimate demands
Respected sir
I have booked a flat in greater noida west in bulland elevates, plot no. Gh-3a, sector-16c, greater noida west, uttar pradesh. This is to inform you that increase in far and demand for rs. 140/- per sq. Ft. Are not acceptable to me. Moreover he has crossed all the boundaries while he has shared / started sending unethical / illegitimate demands to innocent buyers, to pay the farmer compensation @ inr 140 / sq. Ft. To get rid of his debts & penalties etc. Surprisingly builder is asking for 1975mper sq. Ft. X rs. 140- rs. 2, 76, 500/- in the name of farmer compensation. Also, he is mentioning that we had purchased the flat at extremely low rate. Actually every buyer purchased it as per the market rate and it is none of our fault that you could not deliver the flats within said timelines.
And also builder not able to deliver the possession of flats to buyers of tower b as per his timelines shared with up rera i. E. 30th april 2018.in each and every meeting bulland management /directors are only providing false hopes / commitments and playing with the sentiments of innocent buyers.
I would like to inform that we are not at all responsible for any sort of misconduct / acts and mismanagement of funds, which builder enjoyed for leisure.
We have asked to share the audited balance sheet and he has failed to share with buyers, as he know he has diverted the funds.
As per the bba which is signed between builder and buyers, managing authority is not a part of our agreement and buyers are not responsible for any of your sins / debts. So the liabilities of builder need to be managed by yourself / builder.
One of your newly appointed independent director mr. Khullar, promised to share the audit report of bulland elevates and we are yet to see the report. Again it’s false commitment.
As we clearly stated in our meetings the buyers will follow the bba and nothing beyond that. Majority of buyers including me have already paid 95 per cent of the demand.
Appreciate if he could follow the rera guidelines and adhere to the underlines policies & principle and be compliant. Rather than troubling the innocent buyers who are waiting since ages for their dream home.
