[Resolved]  Green Dust — No refund

i had bought a Juicer (Philips) on 15th Sep'13, while recieving itself the product found damaged. i return the product on 18th Sep'13. from that day onwards i am following for refund, but till now i have not recieved the refund. It has been two months now. But as per their cancellation policy it should be return within 30 days.My order number is 22413507. In customer support every one telling same dialouges and they don't respond on my query. I am calling them daily. they are telling me "you will be recieve today". Please help me to get back my refund.
