Hello Team,
I had ordered a mobile through Amazon on 26th June with assured delivery on
27th June which was to be gifted to my wife on that special occasion of Vat
Savtiri Festival.
I have waited from morning to till evening for the delivery because I got
the message also in morning.
But till evening it was not delivered so I called your customer care
representative, he told us to provide delivery till night but product was
not delivered and false update was made at Amazon site that address was not
proper without reaching to us.
Consequently I was unable to gift any thing to my wife at that occasion.
Second day on 28th June, before taking delivery of mobile called to your
customer care executive and told all that ask for return, he told that you
can take delivery right now and return it till 7th of July.
So I had took the delivery and try to give gift her, but she completely
declined to take this gift because occasion had already gone.
Now when I am going to return the product your customer care
representative are declining to return and telling it is not under
company's return policy.
What is the meaning of it?
You must have to return it because it's not my fault if your executive make
any commitment and your delivery person make false update.
You can also check all call details.
Why I would have took that delivery if he clearly told that product is not
returnable after delivery.
You must have to return it otherwise I have to go to consumer court.
