Hi all,
I am ram from tamil nadu, i have chose liberty videocon tw policy from this broker agent and paid money on 16-apr
. I did not received my policy schedule till now (24-apr) for which i have paid (16-apr) 10 days back.
On saturday 21-apr, when i called, gibl executive told me that they would provide me hdfc ergo policy instead of liberty videocon. I said ok and send me immedietly. They did not send till now. I said if i see delay, i would go to consumer tribunal. They did not respond to that.

I called to[protected] and dropped mail to [protected]@gibl.in and [protected]@gibl.in
No one is responding. Dont trust this broker. They are cheating and collecting money. They are neither issuing policy nor refund money.
