The delivered product (Tresemme) has a packaging date of June 2021. I need a product that’s recently packed in or around Jan 2022, so that I can use the product easily till end of year 2023 and/or till the start of year 2024. Currently this product has an expiry in May 2023 and till then I’ll only be able to use 500 ml of shampoo and the remaining 500 ml will get wasted due to nearing expiry date.
Please send a product that expires in the year 2024 or please collect back the item from me and credit back the full refund of 588 inr to me. The product is packed and sealed (in the same condition as it was delivered to me).
I have highlighted this concern to their team over call and by reaching out to them vie mobile app customer care but they are not ready to listen at all and are not helping in this regard. Request you to kindly help resolve this. Was this information helpful? |
