Dear sir /ma'am
I have placed an order, today (30/03/2018) by making a payment through credit card. The order has been cancelled by grocers, as it was not reflecting in 'my orders'. I request you to credit the amount of 6058 in my credit card account.
I contacted the grofers customer care number :[protected] immediately and i was told that the money will be refunded within 2 days. The reason given was technical fault but on going through several customer complaints i could see this as a common factor - money deducted but order not placed'. I feel this is like a huge fraud in process. Retaining customer's money and using their funds for a couple of days.
I request the forum to look in to this matter seriously and also arrange to refund my money immediately. Was this information helpful? |
