[Resolved]  Groupon India / Nearbuy — Fraudulently terminating 'nearbuy' account and transaction failure.

Dear sir,
I would want "nearbuy" to solve under stated problems.
CASE I- I tried purchasing a voucher on 17th Feb '16 through my 'paytm wallet', the transaction failed, but the amount was deducted from my bank account.
The 'paytm' says that the transaction was complete between 'paytm' and 'nearbuy', for which i have attached few screenshots of the conversation.
It has been more than 16days and I haven't received my amount back.
The order no. of 'paytm' 'nearbuy' is "1536616".
Kindly look into it and return back the money.

CASE II- Again, after that i purchased the same voucher, where the transaction was successful. I purchased three vouchers of icy fusion from email id- '[protected]@yahoo.com', which by mistake was inserted by me and later when i tried to rectify it, i couldn't find any way to change the email id. So, i used my mobile number '[protected]' to access the "nearbuy" app.
I later redeemed one of the three vouchers. Now, i cannot access my 'nearbuy' account, since 'nearbuy' has terminated my account (saying that my email id is not valid). FIRSTLY, i would say if my email id was 'this' necessary, there should have been a process of "email confirmation" and SECONDLY there should have been a process to "rectify" the incorrect email id inserted.
I was never asked for any email conformation or I never had any option to change the incorrect email id which was entered by mistake.
Nearbuy cannot terminate any account for email id entered wrong when one has vouchers(that remain unused) purchased on it already.
That's blocking of money to itself after termination.
Need the money back for the vouchers unused since there was never any option given to change the id that was entered by mistake and had no email confirmation.

I also tried making a new account from the same number with a correct id, It was successful.

Kindly get me back my vouchers that I had in my previous account of icy fusion that I purchased on 17th Feb and also the money that was deducted where the transaction wasn't successful on the same day for the same vouchers while paying through paytm.
