Groupon India / Nearbuy — refunding my money

Hello, myself nitin khurana and my wife nane jagjit kaur khurana, we bought a deal on 30 may for rs 499 from little and same day my wife got same deal from her app, and her account debit twice, we had send mail to little to credit rs 499 for only one deal and after that they had canceled my deal also, so we both are trying to recover our money, rs 499 each please help us to recover my money we are trying from last 30 days and they are not responding, please help and we need compensation also to harass us, my contact details [protected]@gmail.com
