I had booked couple of deals on Groupon. While booking it showed status as failed so I did not receive any coupons from Groupon. I had paid for this deal via Paytm. As deal had failed I asked Paytm for refund. I had lodged the same complaint 5 times (Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected] and got the same reply that issue has been resolved but I did not see the amount on Paytm wallet or in Bank. PayTM is blaming Groupon for the issue and Groupon is doing the same on Paytm but no one is solving the issue.
