Groww — I invested 50,000 Rupees its been 20 days my refund has not been processed

I have invested 52, 000 rupees on groww app on 1st Aug. All of which were rehected and today is 19 August, I have not recived the refund.They keep on saying wait for a week but no refund has been given.
