Groww — Lost capital due to technical glitches while trading

I like to file complaint against Groww app.
Since last 1 month due to its continuous hanging problems and other issues, I have lost more than ₹40000 .

It gets handged in peak hours and that leads to loss

I have many photos to prove. And even you can prove in this.

I want full refund+ compensation for loss occured
