Groww a online trading application has tried to charge my City Bank Debit card for mutual fund 2 days before the due date.
This is why Bank has charge me ₹350 for ECS unsuccessful due to insufficient balance.
My due date was April 1, 2021. They have tried charging on March 30, 2021 without my consent.
I am a salaried person depend on salary to pay my debt. Which is why set a due date of April 1, 2021.
Groww customer service has denied helping in this case.
It's not a bank's fault it's the Groww who has tried unauthorized charge before the due date.
