We are currently travelling from Palanpur to Ajmer. When the bus arrived there was not even the space to enter it. We had reserved 2 seats but to reach those was difficult. The alley is full of people. It is up to 40 degrees currently. The weather and environnement are not favourable for a good travel experience.

We just want this problem to be solved as soon as possible. We have that right as passengers.
There are 52 seats full + ~40 people standing in the alley.
