My name is smita haldankar (Sawant)
I have taken a loan from gruh finance against a loan account no. 310/1598 from boisar branch in the year 2010 wherein they have changed my loan account no. To 413/2224 in virar west branch. As per my sanction letter my loan was for 15 years but now 2019 when i have checked my loan statements it showing term as 29 only from beginning of the loan. I asked to the cse miss pragathi jadav why my term us showing 29 years which is almost double the tenure mentioned in the sanction letter
She said since the int rate is variable your tenure has increased but i asked her for the calculations she said my manager will provide you.
Next time i spoke to the asm mr manoj
He didn't give me the calculations details but said that you pay 1 lumsum amout then your term will come down.
I again asked the calculations on email or on company letters he dined and said need to check with it team
I had also marked them mail
Wherein till date there no reply
I have given a complain on jago grahak jago against complaint no 9989765
Still no reply
I will surely take a legal action
I have paid emi till dec 2018
But now i have stop
Already almost 5 lacs have been paid to this ridiculous bank but i have principle of 4 lac pending wherein my loan is just of 4.35 lacs
