Gruha Kalyan — Cheating by gruhakalyan by not honouring its promise to provide flat in jp nagar, bangalore and not yet refunded an amount of rs 10.5 lakh

I had booked a 3 bhk flat in orhid 1 project of gruhakalyan in jp nagar, bangalore in november 2015, and they had promised to start the project on 24th of dec 15. I had paid rs 10.5 lakh to gruhakalyan as advance (1/3 of total amount). But after seeing that no progress in the project site and considering the fact that gruhakalyan has not started a single flat any where in bangalore city, and also the orhid 1 property is under dispute (In the court for non-payment of land purchase cost to the land owner by gruhaklalyan) i realised they would never build, only they will collect money from innocent investors like me, i gave a letter to gruhakalyan to refund my amount immidiately in april 2016. But they have not refunded the amount immdiately, therefore i lodged a complaint to madival police in april 2nd week and requested them to take action recover my amount. But still no action has been taken by the police except summoning a junior staff from gruhakalyan who promised to give me post dated cheques. Now, the post dated 8 nos cheques spread over 16 days for the amonut paid by me was given to me. Further, gruhakalyan promised that the post dated cheques given by them would not bounce as sufficient cash is maintained in the account. I presented some cheques, but they promptly bounced not withstanding the promise made by the gruhakalyan. I informed the same to gruhakalyan staff and also the madivala police. No action till today except the promise of paying in weekly installments by gruhakalyan. I am waiting when such weeks will come and i get the hard earned money back.In the process i have so far made some 50 visits to gruhakalyan and not less than 10 visits to the ploice station. Their promised date to refund part of the advance will commence next week.
