Gspc Gas Company Ltd., Gandhinagar — New Connection not done

I had applied for new connection as on[protected] my application number is 20979290 and my customer id is[protected]. Till date connection is pending no one give proper answer to me and after 2 months they said that there is no way to put meter on my house, is this the right way to say after 2-2.5 months when you take money for new connection you did not say that and is t his my work to arrange the ladder for connection. Yesterday they said to fill a form for transfer the meter of my first floor and take charge of R's. 500/- from me by cheque.Company did not said that i have to pay for this when i came for a new connection on my second floor.
