I did the eticket booking from the official site www.gsrtc.in dated on 23/05/2015. My journet is from junagadh to bhavnagar on the date 25/05/2015 at 3:15 PM from Junagadh to bhavnagar. PNR number of the journey is "G9633142" and tripcode is "1515jndbvnexp51". At the time of eticket booking the seating arrangmet chart is different. I had booked two tickets, seat number 29 window seat and 30 at double side seating arrangement. But when the bus arrives, the seating arrangement was different than the showmln chart at the time of eticket booking. I got the two seats 29, 30 at trjliple side seating arrangement and no window seat is there. So at the time of eticket booking booking and the actual seating arrangement was not match. So I faced lots of problem during the journey. Many customers face lots of problems during this mismatch. I talk to conductor but he said me that bus was not fixed. Bus changes and seating arrangement will not same because of the bus variation. So wrong seating aarangement was there in the official sites or wrong buses were running in the routes. I want to register the complain about this unfair to customeres. Please register my complain and give me the complain number so that I can further procesled if requierd. I want one answer that whoever is responsible, please take the action so that cuaromers cannot suffer from the official eticket website.
