My name is ankit nair, i got a problem of voltage fluctuation at my home it is from past 1 year.
4th august 2014 from morning the fluctuation was extremely high due to which i gave the complaint to customer service of GTL URJA AURANGABAD at 5.30pm.
here by the csr told me that they are sending technision as soon as possible, till 7 when no one came i called up csr to ask so, the customer care agent in a rude manner tells that it will only happen tomorrow today its not possible and when i asked him that why didnt you tell me before when i called so in a rude way csr tells that (now i am telling no that it will happen tomorrow)the rudness shattered my mind n forced me to be stressed which i cnt bear mentally.i want some action should be taken, as a customer i am forced to ajust and bad way of talk by csr made me mentally stress .bad impression towards GTL URJA.
