As I have forwarded you the last email I sent to GTPL team, And they are not ready to resolve the problem; I do complain to you.
Major of my complaint:
Internet is rarely connecting and if Internet works,
Its speed is very low, say about 10% of our paid plan "256 Kilobytes per Second".
Herewith I do complain to honourable consumer court of India in Anand. You are requested to ask GTPL to "pay me my all loss in the business and loss of my goodwill." As a few of my existing customers moved somewhere else due to non update in their website contents in time and a few new customers also moved somewhere else because, I failed to register their domain name in time. And also can not communicate with them via email/chat and other e-communication ways. Because GTPL Broadband speed and connection issue. And so, I have no option to complete my customer's work in time. Even I have asked number of times to GTPL team, that please let me know how long it may take to completely resolve the issue, so I can go for a short time option like BSNL Broadband. But they always said it is last day to resolve your issue, then after you will not face any issue of GTPL Broadband connection and it's speed. But alas! They always fail to resolve the issues for permanent base. And the equally important thing is none of their responsible officers are ready to talk to me nor replied of any of my email in satisfactory.
So, finally today, I have decided to make a complaint against GTPL Broadband in the honorable consumer court.
I also request you, that you may inquire at your level that, "I have confidence that other people who use the same service from GTPL might also face the same issue." Why I am sure because: (Kindly go through the links given below)

I think it is enough to prove my words. If you want more, kindly search the phrase "complain to GTPL" in any search engine and you will get lot of more links and they may be more effective complaints.
Sir, I do also believe that no one in India is easily go to court, when one gets tired of the service one has paid for; and no one is replying satisfactorily from the source, Then only one has no way except go to court.
I have cc this email to "GTPL officers" and respected "Collector, Anand" for their reference.
Sir, myself is not a lawyer nor an advocate. So it possible that I may not produce my complain in the proper legal form. But when I need assistance of such legal experts, I will hire them to put my things against you in the proper and legal format.
