Dear sir,
Myself has tried to book to visit Devalia Safari Park Gir in Gujarat on dated 13/01/2015 with my family and the amt. Rs.768.99 has been deducted against ref no BSBI[protected]IG00LDXDT7 but ticket may not booked due to transaction failures.
The same deducted amt. still not refunded by GIPL and also not giving any responses of my email and telephonic calls.
Kindly co-operate in this matter.
